Help With Resume Writing Tips!?

I worked at Albertsons for two years. How could I describe the tasks I did and make them sound professional and important? I worked at the customer service/lobby. I was responsible for product returns, lottery tickets, cigarettes, we had a small video store there also. So far all I have is ” Assisted customers with product returns” I don’t know how to make the rest of my responsibilities there sound professional.

    How about;
    Customer service representative,
    responsible for receiving goods,
    inventory control,
    responsible sale of tobacco and lottery goods,
    supervise video rentals,
    extensive experience with product returns.. be creative as you are not lying about your experiences and good luck with job hunting!!

    Keep it plain and simple, don’t try to be too formal. Keep it on the ground as to avoid exaggeration and unnecessary details. Formal isn’t always professional, but layman’s term would be the easily understandable choice.
