One of the questions being asked in Interview is “What is you’re strengths and weaknesses”. This question is always asked in all the interviews direct or indirectly. To get the success in interview, you must be able to perform well on this most important question. You must prove you’re self in interview by answering well to this question in a way the employer get what they want in you. You should be able to show your experience and skill with dedication to work to the employer.

Before attending any interview or answering such important questions, we must be sure about the need of employers. What employers need in you as an employ, what kind of skill you are required to have and what is the experience that you should have. The best way to know need of the employer and prepare well for the interview is to interview your self. I mean you should prepare for the interview by asking following question you’re self.

How my work experience, my skill and dedication to work is going to help the recruiters?

What skill i should have to achieve goal for the employer?

What qualities do i have that is positive from the employers view?

8 Tips To Make Magic Resume

In today’s job market, resume presentation become most important thing. There will be so many candidates applying for the post with very less vacancies. Only the best presented resume can put you in the top of the list. Resume is the first thing that will be noticed about you by the recruiter. From the content and presentation of your career experience resume, Recruiter Company will imagine your working nature and personality as an employ. What ever you are, what ever you want to present your self to recruiters, if you failed to presents you through your resume format, you might be through out of the queue.

Why people are much careless about their resume presentation and why they are not aware of this thing? I noticed that lake of knowledge and experience is the main reason behind it. Only experience makes a man perfect. Most people, particularly fresher, prepare their resume without thinking much about its content and format. I have seen most of them copying each others resume format with format of resume content also. I recommend you to stop copying ideas; only genuine and different ideas can make you different. Let me show you some magic resume building tips, some best resume formats.

1. Don’t make your resume much longer in sense of putting all the information you want to show. Remember, Recruiters are not going to read your full resume when they want to filter out candidates. So prepare your best things and try to shorten your resume to one page only.

2. Top One third portion of the resume is most important for you. You have to prove your self, your position in industry, your quality in this portion. Only if recruiters are impressed with this portion of resume, they will follow remaining.

3. Always use only single font, and standard fonts for resume. Standard means fonts that are mostly used in books, newspapers etc, It may be Arial or Times new roman. Keep you resume clean to look attractive.

4. Font size of the resume also matters. Follow the standards and use same font size for all titles and same font size for the remaining content.

5. Too make your resume format attractive in look; you must follow the standard letter writing rules. It includes, fonts, font size, Margins, paragraphs, alignment, etc.

6. Use standard types of bullets and use same bullets through out the resume. You are going to present your self as experienced professional not your resume making art.

7. Take a look on character spacing and line spacing. It must be standard again. Using spacing 1.5 or double may present you as beginners in field.

8. Attractive formatting including content quality is the only key to grab your dream job. Never never copy any resume format from any websites. Instead you study and research well professional resume templates from these websites and make your own presentation with your ideas and also keeping above points in mind.
